Right of return<\/strong>
\nAll the goods purchased in the www.astreelia.ee online store are covered by the warranty and the right of return according to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
\nThe customer can exercise the right of return within 14 calendar days from the receipt of goods in accordance with the law
\n(Law of Obligations Ac \u00a7 56).
\n1.1 The Customer must inform about his\/her wish to return the merchandise within 14 days after receiving it to info@astreelia.ee<\/p>\n

1.2 Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

1.3 In case of return, the return shipment costs shall be paid by the customer (max 10 \u20ac,\u00a0 \u00a7194 page. 4), unless the reason for return is non-conformity of the ordered product or a defect.<\/p>\n

1.4 Astreelia O\u00dc shall refund the client within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. Returns are made only after inspection of the goods by Astreelia O\u00dc<\/p>\n

1.5 If you have any complaints, please send us an email to info@astreelia.ee. In your email, we encourage you to describe the reason for your complaint in as much detail as possible, and be sure to include your contact information.
\nWe will contact the complainant within 3 working days.<\/p>\n
